I am in the opening/closing ceremony and with it comes decorating, which i am also doing. Today me and my team mates: Ardy and Claudia started with printing all the things needed during/for Binus cup: arrows, signs, logos for banners, etc. we then focused on the hanged banners with the strings, printer logos. We also cut out boards (infra board) and wood sticks for the school's of participants. The difficulties faced was learning how to effectively use the materials we had, try to cut the cost as much as we can, and most importantly - managing time to make sure that we finish all the decorations needed as soon as possible. We managed to get most of the things done, in time for the Binus CUpevent. Despite some of the challenges, i am glad i got a chance to do this because now i know how effective decorations are in events, the difficulties and tricks in making the decorations and in the future, if ever i would host an event or organize an event, i have some knowledge regarding decorations, etc. We plan on hanging/setting up the decorations somewhere on Tuesday or Wednesday.
